These terms apply when you use lumtrove.com or buy from us. Lumtrove is operated by Chenhao Li, an individual seller.

1. What you get

One custom AI-generated portrait of you with your pet, created from two images you upload, for $29 USD. This is an AI-generated illustration, not a photograph. It is an artistic interpretation and may not match every detail exactly.

2. Ordering and payment

Payment is processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which also handles taxes and receipts.

3. Delivery

We aim to deliver within 24 hours of payment by email link. Each portrait is checked by a person before it is sent. If we are delayed, your order page will show the latest status.

4. Your uploads

• You confirm you have the right to use both images and permission from anyone shown.
• You must be 18 or older. Your photos may show only you and your own pet: no other people, and never anyone under 18. Do not upload anything illegal, hateful, or sexual. We may refuse or cancel such orders with a refund.
• You keep ownership of your images. You give us a limited licence to use them only to make and deliver your portrait.

5. Your portrait

You may use your portrait for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as printing, gifting, and sharing on social media. TO CONFIRM: commercial use; ownership of AI output in your jurisdiction

7. Limits

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law. TO CONFIRM
